Summary

I am the second owner of the 73 since 1992. In a nutshell, save and except a frame off, the 73 was completely rebuilt.

Owned by Kevin from Ajax, ON

I am the second owner of the 73 since 1992. The original color was Ontario orange and the EC came with a 350 2bbl, turbo 350 trans, 10 bolt rear end, console with floor shift and saddle interior with swivel bucket seats.

I took it off the road in 1998 (90K on the speedo) and with the help of a close personal friend who owned a body shop, completed my restoration vision.

In a nutshell, save and except a frame off, the 73 was completely rebuilt.

I had a 454 big block bored out to a 472 with integrated heavy duty components designed to run on pump gas through a Demon carb and cooled through a BeCool rad.

The tranny was upgraded to a heavy duty rebuilt 400 with a 2500 stall.

The rear end was converted to a heavy duty rebuilt 12 bolt with 373 gears, Strange axles and a four link coil over suspension complete with a drive shaft loop.

Hooker headers with a full three inch Dynomax racing/stainless exhaust lets it breath.

The EC was lowered on the front 3″s with adjustable racing shocks.

I had the interior redone in black with a custom dash comprised of Phantom gauges and upgraded racing buckets.

The car was painted Nissan Radiant Ember with three coats of clear and I changed the original hood to a 4 inch fiberglass cowl.

The front rims are American Racing Torque Thrust with the rear being Centerlines.
