1967 Mustang Fastback

Posted On July 1, 2020

Owned by Scott from Simcoe , ON.

“I’ve owned this 1967 Mustang Fastback for 27 years and over the years it went through some minor upgrades like a T5 transmission, 17″ Foose Wheels and 03-04 Cobra brakes on all 4 corners.

Then 8 years ago I decided to do a big overhaul and I asked my dad to help. Out came the 289 and in went a Dart 351 block bored and stroked to 427 cubic inches. To handle the new power, we installed a T56 Magnum transmission mated to a Strange 9″ rear end with 4:11 gears. I wanted to be able to drive in comfort so I installed a TCP power rack and pinion along with CAA air
conditioning.

The interior seen some upgrades too, I installed full Auto Meter gauges and TMI upholstery.”
