This vehicle is equipped with the original numbers matching inline 4 cylinder overhead valve engine with twin SU carburetors in good running condition.
The engine compartment is very clean and well detailed. The wheels on this 1952 MGTD are the original silver painted steel rims offered by MG in 1952. These rims are mounted with Vanderbilt Classic 165/80/15 tires in very good condition. The tires were new in 2017 and show 95% tread remaining. The convertible top on this MG is a good quality Robbins black Stayfast top in as new condition.
This TD is also equipped with a matching Stayfast tonneau cover in new condition. This vehicle was professionally restored a few years ago and has had limited use since. The car is finished in black with a complementing red interior; a very striking colour combination.
I am the fourth owner of this 1952 MGTD. It still has all the original wood in the doors and floors. Love it! What a find!!
