Insurance Account Manager – openings in Listowel, Tavistock & Waterloo offices

We are seeking an Insurance Account Managers to work with our teams in Listowel, Tavistock, and Waterloo Ontario. This full-time hybrid position involves interacting with and building relationships with clients while serving their needs. The chosen hire requires a RIBO license. Zehr Insurance is committed to supporting the RIBO journey by paying RIBO tuition and related licensing fees. Key Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by providing positive customer experiences through phone, email, or mail.
- Research and provide our clients with insurance options for their items (such as home, auto, cottage, trailer, vintage car, etc.)
- Cross-selling product lines
- Initiating renewals
- Processing payments
- Liaison with internal partners to fulfil customer needs

As an Account Manager, you will have
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- RIBO License preferred or able to get a RIBO license
- OTL License preferred
- Relationship building skills

- Ability to build relationships with clients to retain and grow portfolio
- Detailed oriented
- Interpersonal skills
- Work as a member of a team and independently
